Features

• The machine adopts OMRON® touch screen+ Mitsubishi® PLC control, which can set the drop height and drop test in the touch screen, display the current height and drop test in the touch screen, display the current height, control the reset(the bracket automatically restores to 90 degrees, the drop frame automatically lifts to the set drop height), fall, rise and fall.
• The machine is driven by Panasonic® servo motor+ SHIMPO® planetary reducer and driven by TBI ball screw.
• The error between the set height and the measured height is controllable ≤±5mm, and the positioning is accurate and fast.
• Machine double quide rod mining height precision chrome grinding shaft processing, high precision, no rust oxidation.
• Tension spring energy storage design, the support arm with a very high acceleration from the test part, will not affect the free fall of the test object.
