Purpose:
A product must have strict quality control after R&D, design, manufacturing and even packaging, This testing machine aims at the situation that the product will inevitably encounter impact due to falling or collision in the process of transportation. Therefore, the design of packaging materials is very important in order to keep the packaging contents intact in the transportation process and avoid the damage of goods. And the test value of package dropping test provides the basis of cushion package design.
This machine is designed in accordance with the requirements of ASTM (packaging and transportation container drop test method), so that all kinds of different forms of packaging and transportation containers can be accurately tested in the drop test of angles, edges and surfaces.

Machine Features:
●The machine adopts double axis structure, equipped with precise height lifting device, accurate and fast positioning. Users can choose different models according to different specimen characteristics, test environment and requirements.
●The test swing arm is made of 7075 hight-strength aluminum alloy material, which makes the swing arm light, tough and reliable.
●Release device: the swing arm is separated from the part to be tested with extremely high acceleration.During the drop process of release test sample, the test sample shall not touch any part of the device to ensure its free fall.
●The CJAC oil pressure buffer device will absorb more than 90% of the kinetic energy of the swing arm, so that the machine can operate smoothly without shaking.
●The sale and reliable swing arm design keeps the original state when the air supply and power supply are stopped in an instant, and the test swing arm will not malfunction due to the external influence.
●Base plate: the material is solid steel base plate, and the lifting frame is high steel structure steel. During the test, the equipment will not shake from left to right and back. The lifting transmission device is stable and does not shake, which can not affect the test or lead to test failure. The impact surface is high rigidity, Gaoping integrity, and the surface horizontal error should be within 2mm. When any 100mm2 area on the base plate bears 10kg static load, its deformation is not large more than 0.1mm.
●Digital display of drop height, The difference between the actual drop height and the displayed height shall not exceed ±2% of the drop height. Drop height refers to the distance between the lowest point of the test sample and the impact table in preparation for release, Drop target height can be set.
●Included angle error when edge,angle and surface fall:
a.The angle between the dropping surface and the horizontal surface of the test sample shall not exceed 2° when the surface is dropped.
b.During edge dropping, the maximum angle between the dropped edge and the horizontal plane shall not exceed 2° , and the error between the specified surface on the test sample and the impact table surface shall not exceed ±5° or 10% of the included angle (whichever is greater), so that the gravity line of the test sample passes through the dropped edge.
c.In case of angle drop, the angle error between the specified surface on the test sample and the impact table shall not be greater than 5° or 10% of the angle (whichever is greater), so that the gravity line of the test sample passes through the angle to be dropped.
d.No matter what state and shape of the test sample, the gravity line of the test sample shall pass through th dropped surface, line and point.
