Advanced Battery Test Chambers for Safety and Abuse Testing

ITM-LAB designs and manufactures heavy-duty battery test chambers to simulate extreme conditions for EV batteries and consumer electronics power cells. Our advanced testing equipment supports battery crush, nail penetration, and thermal abuse tests strictly in compliance with UN38.3, IEC 62133, and UL standards. Engineered with multi-layered explosion-proof safety features, these chambers are ideal for lithium-ion battery manufacturing plants and compliance testing laboratories globally.

Battery module fatigue testing machine MODEL:RS-6010

Battery module fatigue testing machine MODEL:RS-6010 A device that is installed into the battery module frame and can efficiently simulate the expansion force of the battery core. It can continuously output alternating loads or stable loads and quickly evaluate the fatigue strength of the module frame structure. For double-row battery modules, it supports dual motor linkage control (that is, placing 2 sets of test equipment in the frame to synchronously control the load of each equipment). The equipment is driven by a motor, and a load is applied to the profiling block through a reducer, transmission mechanism, etc. to simulate the cell expansion force.

Battery Altitude Simulation Tester RS-6004C

Battery Altitude Simulation Tester RS-6004C Designed to simulate low-pressure environments that batteries may encounter during air transportation (down to 5.0KPa), the RS-6004C tester evaluates battery safety and storage performance, ensuring compliance with air transport safety standards.

Battery Combustion Tester | RS-6008C

Battery Combustion Tester | RS-6008C The RS-6008C Battery Combustion Test Chamber provides a safe and controlled environment for evaluating the combustion characteristics of lithium batteries during flame exposure testing. Designed with a fully enclosed chamber, adjustable flame application time, observation window, and smoke exhaust system, it helps manufacturers, laboratories, and research institutes conduct repeatable battery fire tests while improving operator safety and testing efficiency.

Battery Thermal Shock Tester | RS-6009C

Battery Thermal Shock Tester | RS-6009C Simulates battery exposure to controlled high-temperature environments with adjustable ramp rates, designed for battery thermal shock and safety testing.

Battery Explosion-proof Test Chamber RS-6005

Battery Explosion-proof Test Chamber RS-6005 The RS-6005 Explosion-proof Battery Testing Box is specifically designed to protect both operators and equipment during overcharge, over-discharge, and charge/discharge tests. By enclosing the battery inside the explosion-proof box and connecting it to an external charge/discharge tester, it ensures the safety of the testing process. The box can be customized according to specific testing requirements.
